This role is responsible for driving operational excellence in the production areas, Responsible to insure process capability to consistently meet TAKT time / customer requirements at optimum cost, Consistent Quality and always providing a safe work environment for our employees.
-Responsible for the successfull deplouyment of MDI shop floor management process, engaging and developing employees. Leads the deployment of STD work and Visual Controls. Monitors and insures process adherence.
-Responsible for deploying quality at the source principles to insure superior quality levels.
-Participates in the Value Stream improvement innitiatives.
-Responsible to drive high Employee engagement.
-Leads and execute Gemba walks with the staff, Provides coaching and feedback to the team.
-Develop and drive countermeasures for underperforming key processes.
-Lead the deployment of behavioral based safety and & creates environmental awareness. Executes initiatives to take risk out of the processes.
-Leads OPEX deployment for the production areas.
-Organize activities & assigning jobs accordingly to the staff requirements.
-Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating and delegating.

-7 years of Management experince.
-Demonstrated Experience implementing lean.
-Fluent English.
-Excellent communication skills.
-APICS required or Commitment to get certification within the first 15 months after hiring.
-Demonstrated Basic Problem Solving Skills.
