Maybe got my interest piqued. I know believability is completely out the window, but--would you encourage people to try to at least stay "in character," or is this a crack for all?
And have you had a cybering roleplayers problem in the past...? :D That part sounds so vehement hahaha.

I'm already in. I've started working on my character. It's definitely going to be weird. But I have a feeling that this Roleplay might just actually be a fun Roleplay. Hahahahaha. I feel so lame, right now. Also, Wudge.

Anyway, cybering.. I've never been in a Roleplay that's actually had that problem before, I'm very curious to know whether you've had that problem, Mac.

I've tried this theme on a couple other sites, and cybering turned out to be a problem. Mostly because they thought ALL the rules were turned off for just that RP. I don't see it much on this site, though. Hopefully it doesn't turn into an issue.
Its a "crack for all," as you've stated, Wudeous. Anything goes, except for the two rules I've stated.

Ehhh mwehhh, I'll see what characters get in before I decide whether or not I join. With crack, the line between fun and stupid ("random") can be remarkably thin. No offense or killjoy-ity intended, honest, I just... don't think I want to interact with characters who have a diet of squirrels, sloppy joes, and polar bears. And poop out cherry blossoms. Gets old fast.
(Someone's going to make their character do exactly that just to kick me in the face now).

The RP is for those who want to go BLAH. Think of it as a way to remove a writers block. Or when you have a bad day at work, and just want to vent/relax. You come here, and do just that.

More seriously (not that that wasn't a legitimate question just now), my skepticism is not to kill fun. Again. Just that I've found that not expressing skepticism, actually, is practically begging for a chamber pot of disappointment and grouchiness. So REALLY, if folks are cool, I'll stick around and chill out with the concerns; if not, I go away and take my uppity ways with me. Win-win.
