Wallace Properties issued a press release earlier this week saying that Citizen, the apartment at 1222 E Madison is done. However, the place still seemed to be buzzing with construction folks yesterday :).
Nice work Wallace! I?m assuming this means move-ins are beginning?

Citizen Built to Achieve LEED Silver Certification
SEATTLE, Wash. (April 3, 2012) ? Real estate company Wallace Properties has completed construction of the Citizen, Seattle?s newest apartment complex, located at 1222 E. Madison, in the heart of the Pike Pine Triangle.
Wallace Properties managed construction of the 107-unit apartment project with general contractor RAFN Company. Baylis Architects designed the building and Northwestern Mutual provided financing for the project.
Banner Bank is the first retail tenant on the ground floor of the apartment complex occupying 2,500 square feet. Approximately 3,539 additional square-feet of retail space remains for lease?one 917-square-foot unit and two, 1,311-square-foot spaces.
