Great news for Community Managers and anyone else needing continuing education for your license or state certification. ?ServiceMaster Tampa Bay has partnered with the CAMP (Community Association Managers Program) to offer low cost/no cost training at local colleges and universities for Community Managers.
Make sure to spread the word to anyone needing to renew or receive your CAMP certification to do it on our dime! ?We value this certification to assist our industry in making proper decisions in reference to water damage, smoke damage, disaster restoration, and the many other challenges that come with managing communities. ?Proper response to emergency water damage can make the difference of thousands, if not tens of thousands of dollars once the restoration phase is in place.
We have kicked off the program with Edison State College, and will follow over the next couple months to cover a larger area for our base. ?The next schools for program implementation for our are are:
- State College of Florida, Manatee
- St. Petersburg State College
- Hillsborough State College
